1. Any travel agent who signs up for the Half Moon Ambassador Program by registering at www.halfmoon.com/agents and receives a username and password qualifies for the Full Moon Rewards program.
2. Travel agents must register their bookings online at www.halfmoon.com/agents and the rewards are awarded based on the number of room nights booked in a calendar year.
a. 10 – 19 room nights will receive "Quarter Moon" status and an email advising agent of status
b. 20 – 29 room nights will receive "Half Moon" status and a certificate
c. 30 – 39 room nights will receive "Three Quarter Moon" status and an email advising agent of status
d. 40 room nights will receive a "Full Moon". For every "Full Moon" earned, the agent will receive a 2-night complimentary stay at Half Moon on the Breakfast Plan. A certificate will be mailed to the agent..
4. Additional complimentary nights on the Breakfast Plan can be earned by booking an additional 40 room nights. There is no limit on the number of "Full Moons" that an agent can earn in a calendar year.
5. Complimentary nights earned can be used any time from the receipt of the certificate to the end of the following year. Some restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
6. Agents are responsible for their own air arrangements when utilizing the complimentary nights earned.
7. The rewards earned are not transferable and have no cash value.
